Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I choose whether Santa Hayes appears as Cowboy Santa or Traditional Santa?
A: Yes! You can choose the style that best fits your event. Just let us know when booking whether you’d like Cowboy Santa (boots, hat, and Western flair) or Traditional Santa (red suit, white trim, and black boots).
Q: How long does an in-person visit last?
A: Most visits are scheduled in 20–30 minute blocks, but this can be adjusted depending on the size of the group and your event needs.
Q: Will Santa hand out our gifts?
A: Absolutely! If you provide the gifts in advance (labeled and ready to go), Santa Hayes will happily distribute them during the visit.
Q: Can Santa read a story or lead a song?
A: Yes! Santa can share a short story, lead a singalong, or deliver a special message about the spirit of Christmas—just let us know what you’d like when you book.
Q: Where does Santa Hayes travel for in-person visits?
A: Santa Hayes serves Tooele, Salt Lake, and Davis County areas. If you’re outside the area, contact us to see if arrangements can be made or to schedule a virtual visit instead.
Q: What if I want to include extended family who live far away?
A: Great idea! You can book a Virtual Visit so out-of-town loved ones can join in the festivities.
Q: What are your rates?
A: Rates vary depending on location, date, and visit length. Please contact us for up-to-date pricing and availability. Special rates may apply for schools, charities, and multi-family gatherings..
