When Santa visits you In Person or Virtually, we want every visit to be filled with magic, laughter, and lasting memories. Whether he’s arriving in his classic red suit or Cowboy Santa style, a little planning goes a long way to create an experience your guests—and especially the children—will never forget.
Here are a few helpful tips to make your Santa visit smooth, joyful, and extra special:
When booking:
Be sure to fill in the Christmas Visit Questionnaire.
Before Santa Arrives:
Share a Contact Number
Provide a cell phone number of someone at the event who will have it on and ready to assist Santa if needed.
Reserve a Parking Spot Close to the Entrance
Santa has a lot to carry – please save him a spot as close as possible to the door entryway.
Have a Helper Meet Santa Outside
Assign someone to meet Santa outside, They can guide him in and help discreetly load gifts into his sack if you would like Santa to deliver presents during the visit.
During the Visit
Plan the Grand Entrance
Create a festive moment by having everyone singing a Christmas carol, reading a story, or gathered in one area when Santa walks in. It sets the mood and builds excitement!
